Cycle Training

We offer a range of training to cover all ages and abilities. We specialise in enabling people to start riding or get back into riding be it for leisure, fitness or transport.

Balanceability

We have a fleet of balance bikes, which we can take into schools or other settings. Balance bikes do not have pedals. The bikes and sessions are designed to teach the basic skills needed to ride a bicycle for anyone not yet able to ride on two wheels. We recommend this method rather than the use of stabilisers which do not promote good balance and generally inhibit progress.
While mainly aimed at 2 – 6 year olds, we can deliver to all ages, including adults. It’s a great way to build up confidence and balance while having lots of fun. Ideal for primary schools, nurseries and holiday clubs. Contact us to discuss your needs and obtain a quote.

Learn to ride

We periodically organise small group Learn-to-Ride sessions for children who are not yet able to ride a bicycle and also provide one-to-one instruction for children and adults at a time and place to suit you.

Guided Rides

If you have a small group and would like to explore the area without having to think about navigating or getting lost, we can provide an experienced guide to lead you all the way. Just get in touch to discuss your group’s abilities, where you would like to ride, preferred distance, pace and time and we’ll plan a bespoke route and match you with one of our qualified ride leaders.

Children’s skills

For children who are able to ride without stabilisers, we can organise group cycling skill courses. Events are usually held during school holidays but alsoother times in various locations. Alternatively we can arrange courses/sessions around your needs, whether it be one-to-one or a kids’ party.

Schools: ride coaching & maintenance tuition

We provide group skills coaching in schools, arranging it around your school’s requirements. We can deliver to the whole school or part of the school over one or more days or as a regular slot as part of PE or an after-school club. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
